“Butch” Grimes is Founder and President of Team Equity L.A. Property & Management Inc. located in Inglewood, California. A real estate broker with more than 33 years of experience in the industry specializing in probate, conservatorships, trusts, receiverships and as a partition referee. Mr. Grimes first started getting appointed as a rents & profits receiver, broker in probate matters and partition sales due to his extensive real estate and property management experience. He was an exclusive representative for organizations such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Restore Neighborhoods LA (RNLA) Enterprise Foundation, City of Los Angeles, City of Inglewood and The City of Compton, to name a few. He is a California real estate broker while also holding designation an instructor for the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES and GRI Designation), as well as being a graduate of Real Estate Institute. Mr. Grimes is currently working on specialized programs for underprivileged Alzheimer’s/Dementia sufferers and family members. Butch Grimes’ initial introduction to real estate began through purchasing, rehabilitating and selling properties in urban areas. His passion for improving his community and providing opportunities for families propelled him to be a real estate ambassador. He has provided education and information, particularly in the subjects of property retention and preservation.
